Raw Almond Milk Smoothie Recipe

Many of my patients want to know about how I make smoothies. Here’s the secret:
Begin with Sprouted Raw Almond Milk. See instructions of how to make this in the video below:
Use 2-3 cups of Sprouted Raw Almond Milk
Add:
4 tbsp of Pacari Organic Raw Cacao Powder
1 dropperful of vanilla stevia
3 ice cubes or ½-1 cup of frozen or fresh raw organic fruit
1 tsp Spirulina Powder
1 tsp Organic Maca Powder
1 tsp Organic Lucuma Powder
1 tsp Organic Mesquite Powder
1 tsp Organic Hempseed Hearts
1 tsp Organic Chia Seeds
1/8 tsp Ashwaganda Extract powder
Put in a Vitamix, blending on lowest setting until the frozen parts get chopped up. Then blend briefly on high and drink. Mmmmm.
